Meet Your Emergency Dentists

Dr. Lidia Lilly, DDS, brings a calm, experienced hand to urgent care. She earned her biology degree at Loyola University in Chicago and her DDS at the University of Minnesota, then completed an Advanced General Dentistry residency. She served three years in the United States Air Force at Eglin AFB in Florida and worked in a large group practice in Tallahassee before relocating to Franklin to be near family.
That broad experience means she has treated a wide range of emergencies and budgets and explains options plainly, including the cost side. Outside the office she travels, gardens, reads, and dotes on her dogs. Depending on the schedule, Dr. Oates, Dr. Waits, or Dr. Keeling may handle your emergency instead. All four keep the same honest, no-pressure approach to both treatment and cost.

Frequently Asked Questions: Spring Hill
I do not have dental insurance. How much will an emergency visit cost me?
A: Costs depend on what the tooth needs, so we give a written estimate before any treatment starts rather than quote a blind figure. We offer patient financing to spread payments and an in-house membership plan that lowers the cost. Call and describe the problem, and we will talk through the numbers honestly.
Do you take the insurance plans common for Spring Hill's GM and auto-supplier workers?
A: We accept most traditional PPO dental plans, which includes the coverage many Spring Hill manufacturing and supplier employees carry, and most cover emergency exams. We file the claim for you. Bring your card so we can verify benefits before treatment begins.
Is it worth driving to Franklin for an emergency, or should I wait for a Spring Hill office?
A: If you are in real pain, waiting usually costs more in the end as the problem worsens. Many Spring Hill patients make the roughly twenty-minute drive north rather than wait days for a closer opening. Spring Hill's rapid growth has outpaced its dental options, so the short trip is common.
Can I set up a payment plan for emergency treatment like a root canal or crown?
A: Yes. Our patient financing breaks larger emergency treatment into monthly payments, which helps when a tooth needs a root canal, crown, or extraction. We review the plan with you before you commit, so you know the monthly figure up front and cost does not delay the care you need.
What should I do right now if I cannot afford to be seen but I am in pain?
A: Call us anyway and be upfront about your budget; we would rather find a workable plan than have you suffer or let an infection spread. Financing and our membership plan exist for exactly this. If pain comes with spreading swelling or fever, do not wait on cost, since that can become a medical emergency.
